Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect products.
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proof (images, invoice).
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
